We get a lot of messages asking questions, so this might save you contacting us.
When can you start?
I normally have about 1-2 weeks of work ahead at all times, sometimes more. If you would like to go ahead with having me design something for you, it's best to contact me as soon as possible, so I can put you down for the next available opening.
What do I need before contacting you?
I'd like you to have a good plan for what you want from the design, before making contact.
A lot of time can be wasted due to not knowing what you want. Trying to make it as cheap as possible for the client, saving time means saving money. It really helps to jump on google and have a search for ideas you like.
How do you include me during the design process?
I try to keep the clients included during the full process, from concepts all the way to finish the artwork.
I have found this helps with saving time, which leads to saving the clients money on the design.
Can I request to make changes?
Yes, of course. I encourage clients to be completely happy with the design.
This is why I work on a time basis, I can't imagine anything worse than not being 100% happy with the final artwork.
Do you supply the artwork in Vector?
Yes! All artwork will be supplied in Vector (Ai), PDF, JPEG, and PNG formats.
We can also supply designs in any format you require.
What is your hourly rate?
Running off an hourly rate of $40.00 p/h, with a minimum of 2 hours for a design.
Livery design works are the same rate but with a minimum of 15 hours for a design.
I have found this works best for both parties involved, as I'm simply happy to be paid for my time.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices and final invoices will be in Australian Dollars.
How do I pay for a design?
Bank transferred is prefered.
We do accept PayPal but fees do apply.
Do I own the design rights to the artwork?
Once the invoice is completely paid for, yes, the rights are handed over to the client.
